By accessing the Services, submitting a form, booking a call, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

03Eligibility
The Services are intended for business owners and their authorised representatives. By using them you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of any business you represent. You confirm that any contact details you submit are your own, or that you are authorised to provide them.
04Our Services
More Growth provides marketing and client acquisition services to businesses, including advertising, lead generation, CRM and automation setup, and appointment booking systems.
This website is marketing material. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, fees, term and all other commercial terms. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Consent
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from More Growth at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent is collected through a standalone, unchecked checkbox and is never bundled with any other agreement.
You confirm the mobile number you provide is yours, or that you are authorised to consent on behalf of its subscriber, and you agree to notify us if the number is reassigned.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages from that program. We will send one confirmation, then stop. You may also contact us using Section 16.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
06Email Communications
When you submit a form or become a client, we may email you about your enquiry, your appointment, or your account. Marketing emails are sent only where you have consented, and each one includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop emails required to service an active engagement.
07Results Disclaimer
Case studies, testimonials, screenshots and figures shown on this website reflect the experience of specific businesses. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any results.
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, capacity, speed of follow-up, sales ability, advertising budget and execution. Any performance guarantee is set out only in a signed written agreement and is subject to the conditions in that agreement. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice.
08Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or third-party information, including phone numbers you are not authorised to provide
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or any related system
- Scrape, crawl or use automated means to extract data from the Services
- Copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer any part of the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or introduce malicious code
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
09Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos, code, video and photography — is owned by More Growth or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
10Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party platforms, including advertising networks, CRM and messaging providers, scheduling tools and payment processors. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, performance or policy changes.
11Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on this website is complete or current.
12Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Growth and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from or relating to the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or CAD $100 if you have not paid us anything.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Growth and its officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any information you submit — including any phone number you were not authorised to provide.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
15Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
